Pool Lifeguard Annual Re-Accreditation (incl. CPR) - Blended

This course will provide participants with acceptable standards of knowledge‚ judgement and physical abilities in the supervision of people in swimming pools. Essential modules include: accident prevention‚ administration‚ public relations‚ education‚ rescue response and basic technical operations. Minimum age requirement is 16 years.

Pre-requisites include a current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and an expiring Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard & Oxygen including units of competency

HLTAID009 Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation‚
SISCAQU019 Supervise patron safety in aquatic locations
SISCAQU020 Perform water rescues
SISCAQU021 Perform complex water rescues
SISCAQU022 Provide oxygen resuscitation and therapy in an aquatic environment

Upon successful course completion‚ participants will be issued with Pool Lifeguard Re-Accreditation certificate

Validity: 12 months

Prerequisites

This course is for students who already have a Pool Lifeguard certificate‚ a copy of which (i.e. units of competency) will be required at the time of booking if issued by another provider.
